The show pelham creates the illusion of a double bridle, it has a low port which allows space for the tongue, with no collapse on the bars and no real palate pressure. The outer loose ring looks tidier than a rugby pelham, and allows better communication between horse and rider. Ideal for showing and perfect for horses and ponies with smaller heads.
